CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel or modify a reservation, you must send a communication via email.

Cancellation Terms:

• Up to 7 days before the arrival date: The full amount paid as a deposit and/or advance payment will be refunded.
• From the 7th day before the arrival date: The full amount paid as a deposit or advance payment will be retained.
• No-show: In case of no-show without prior notice or with notification on the day of arrival, the reservation will be automatically canceled at 10:00 AM on the following day. In this case, the full amount of the stay will be charged without any refund.
• Early departure or interruption of stay: No refund will be provided for early departures or interruptions of the stay.
• Non-Refundable Rate: Amounts paid under the non-refundable rate will not be refunded under any circumstances.
